AYURVEDA
Ayurveda is the science of life is truly the most holistic system of medicine practiced for over 5000 years. It is a sister science to yoga incorporating herbs, food guidelines, specific asanas, meditation, aromatherapy, various body therapies for detoxification and rejuvenation to support the body‘s intelligence to heal and bring it back to its own natural state of balance. It is both preventative as well as an effective disease management system that is universal and very practical, targeting the root cause of illness and addressing each person’s unique traits and needs. It can be successfully integrated with conventional medicine particularly for chronic diseases to boost the immune system, increase vitality and strengthen the body, mind and spirit.

YOGA
Our YOGA is offered as a holistic, accessible practice for all levels — from beginners to experienced students — with a variety of styles designed to support strength, relaxation, awareness, and inner calm. REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese energy balancing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki flows to the areas in need, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. The treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and Spirit.


PANCHAKARMA TREATMENTS
PanchaKarma is a deeply relaxing way to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins, release the negative effects of stress and provides rejuvenation to body, mind, and spirit. Your PanchaKarma cleanse is tailored specifically for you depending on your time and need for specific treatments. All herbal formulas, bastis, teas and foods are also specifically designed in this treatment. The PanchaKarma cleanse takes from 9 to 15 days depending on how much time you can take off from your regular activities. The preparation for the cleanse starts 3 days before treatments with a specialized diet plan specifically geared to your individual needs. Treatments then begin for a period of 3 to 5 days during which you are likely to spend 2 – 3 hours at the Sanctuary for 4 body therapies each day. After each therapy, you are sent home to spend the rest of the day doing relaxing, non-stressful activities and resting as much as possible. Once the clease is over, the following 3 days are spent in slowly reintegrating regular foods in your diet with herbs to increase your digestive fire. 


CHAKRA BALANCING
There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as Chakras. Each Chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunction; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area. The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. YOGA THERAPY
Yoga Therapy is an adjunct to traditional Western methods of healing. It uses the techniques of yoga (postures, breath, and meditation) to help individuals achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and emotional health. It does not subscribe to any one style or lineage of yoga, but combines the best of ancient and modern yoga practices into a personalized program designed to improve your state of health.
